Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made after your order request is confirmed by email for customers in Finland.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period): if you purchased the product online, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

How to withdraw: send a message to mailuse@srozelonthrel.world stating that you want to withdraw, and include your order details (name, email used for the request, and any order reference if available).

Return of goods: after withdrawal, we will provide practical instructions for returning the product. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the law provides otherwise.

Refund timing: we will refund you using the same payment method you used, within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice or from receiving the returned goods (whichever happens first).

Exceptions: withdrawal rights may not apply in some situations permitted by law, for example when sealed goods are unsealed after delivery.

Governing law: Finnish law applies, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
